The MS200 uses a rotary optical scanning system with an exclusive self-developed single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) chip. With the advantages of high performance and low cost, it realizes fast and accurate scanning and measurement within a range of 360°/12m. The product has been widely used in household sweeping robots, service robots, regional security, scanning and other fields.
MOREUsing the self-developed mirror-rotating dToF ranging technology, the MS500 supports 0.1-30m ranging and conducts high-frequency measurement with a point frequency of 30 kHz in complicated scenarios such as industrial warehouses and densely populated areas. It can be widely used in various fields, including robot positioning and navigation, regional security, logistics, environmental scanning and 3D reconstruction.
MOREThe Ordarray transmitting end uses a multi-section addressable VCSEL, while the receiving end uses a SPAD array sensor. The radar has the capability of single-photon detection, which greatly improves the detection sensitivity and realizes long-distance detection under low laser power; the ranging performance of different detection areas can be dynamically set by adjusting the TCSPC, so as to allocate the system capacity properly.
